Returns for non-damaged items are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of delivery, and the product is unused and in original condition.

No return or refund will be accepted for imported items, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For imported items, maximum delivery time may extend to 60 days due to international logistics and customs processing.
