We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of dispatch

  • You wish to return a non-damaged item
    (In this case, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund)

  • Returns for non-damaged items are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of delivery, and the product is unused and in original condition.

  • No return or refund will be accepted for imported items, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For imported items, maximum delivery time may extend to 60 days due to international logistics and customs processing.

To initiate a return, email us at support@vhomedecor.net within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video evidence (for damaged/defective/wrong items)

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval

  • For damaged/wrong/defective items, we cover the return shipping

  • For non-damaged returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return (if applicable)

  • In case of non-delivery beyond 30 days, a full refund will be issued
