All product listings, images, and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in color or size may occur due to photography and screen differences.
Some items are “Make on Order” and may require additional time to process. This will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page (e.g., between {{delivery_date_min}} and {{delivery_date_max}}).
Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons. V Home Decor is not liable for such delays but will keep you informed.
4. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

The product was not delivered within 30 days of dispatch
Returns for non-damaged items are accepted, but return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
You must email us within 7 days of delivery at support@vhomedecor.net with your order number, reason, and evidence (photo/video). Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
Note: Cash on Delivery is not available for imported items. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
